The ministry of MARCEL FUND is the fruit of a vision birthed in the heart of our sister Nina, a BCC founding member, over twenty years ago, mainly to express God’s love and care to elderly isolated people, and in recent years to meet physical, material, emotional and spiritual needs, particularly towards the most vulnerable people through a network of local churches and faith-based NGOs.
